Rework homepage copy for voice and internal linking - #9

Shifts the homepage from an argument-driven register to a wonder-driven one, restructures the closing paragraphs to each end on a link instead of a self-explaining sentence, and adds a Projects section with the first project page (GroupsIO Group Manager).
